TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

All prices quoted and all payment processed are in NZ dollars (NZD).

 

Your financial institution may charge foreign currency fees on international transactions, please confirm these charges with your provider.

 

In accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, The Koha Collective does not offer exchanges or refunds on change of mind purchases.

 

In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is broken or faulty, please contact us immediately and we will replace or exchange the item. Please refer to our returns policy for full information.

At some times of the year, some products may be unavailable at short notice. Should an item in your gift box be unavailable, we will replace this item with a similar product of the same or higher value and of the same high quality.

We cannot take responsibility if an item is undeliverable due to an incorrect address that is entered at checkout.

 

If your gift is accepted at the wrong address entered at checkout, this item is unable to be replaced or refunded.

 

If the gift is returned to us, we will contact you to provide the correct address.

Please be aware that another delivery fee may apply.

The contents, wording, photos and Māori design on this website are the property of The Koha Collective Limited and may not to be used by a third party, under any circumstances, without written permission and consent.

CORPORATE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Ordering

 

All corporate orders must be made via email - kiaora@thekohacollective.co.nz.

 

Corporate orders are not confirmed until an email and/or order confirmation is provided, and a GST invoice is issued.

 

Minimum Time Requirements

Please note all corporate orders require a minimum order period of two to four weeks, from order to delivery date*.

 

Customised items such as wooden chopping boards, bottle openers, plants and merchandise may require four to eight weeks*.

 

These timeframes will be confirmed with you upon confirmation of your corporate order.

 

Please contact us on kiaora@thekohacollective.co.nz if you require an earlier delivery date.

We are more than happy to assist and are always able to offer suitable alternatives or solutions from our large range of options, that may best suit your needs.

 

*Minimum order times may vary depending on busy holiday periods like Kirihimete (Christmas)

and Matariki (Māori New Year).

 

Corporate Order Payment Terms

All quoted prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are exclusive of GST and shipping.

 

All corporate orders are issued with a GST invoice.

 

Invoice payments are to be made via bank transfer, to the provided bank account shown on the GST invoice.

Upon confirmation of your order, a deposit of 20% is required to secure your booking.

This deposit amount is nonrefundable.

All corporate orders must be paid in full prior to shipping.

 

For immediate orders, full payment is required prior to shipping.

 

For future orders, the remainder of your invoice will be due on the 20th of the month prior to your shipping date i.e. 20th of November for December Kirihimete Orders.

 

Please let us know if you have any pātai (questions) in relation to our corporate terms and conditions, we are always happy to discuss or find a suitable option, that may suit your needs.

Shipping

All quotes provided are exclusive of shipping.

Shipping will be provided upon confirmation of  your order and shown in your GST tax invoice.

Please note, we cannot take responsibility if an item is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided to us during confirmation of your order.

 

If your gift is accepted at the wrong address entered at checkout, this item is unable to be replaced or refunded.

Should you be aware an incorrect address has been provided, please let us know immediately, as we may be able to redirect your gift to the correct address.

All gift boxes are sent via courier and require signature on delivery. 

 

Should your recipient not be present, a card to call will be left and the gift box taken to the recipients local Nz Post depot for collection. If the gift box is not collected within two weeks the gift box will be returned to us, to rearrange delivery. 

 

If the gift is returned to us, we will contact you to provide the correct address.

Please be aware that a redelivery fee may apply.

PRIVACY & PAYMENTS

Your payment is processed through the Stripe Payment Processing Gateway, After Pay or PayPal, depending on your chosen payment method. Stripe, After Pay and PayPal secure all your customer and credit card data with the highest level of encryption available.

 

The Koha Collective Limited will not store or transfer any of your credit card or payment information.

 

All data is transferred using Stripe, After Pay or PayPal secure servers.

The Koha Collective Limited act in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.

Your personal contact or shipping information is securely stored within our website platform database, Wix.

We will never distribute your personal information or details to third parties.

LIQUOR LICENCE

As part of our liquor licence terms, gift boxes are unable to be collected from our premises.

Free local delivery or shipping options are available at check out.

All gift boxes containing alcohol may only be purchased by persons over the age of 18. 

By agreeing to our terms and conditions upon check out, you confirm you are over the age of 18 years old.

Alcohol and gift boxes containing alcohol will not be left with persons under the age of 18 years old or with anyone who is intoxicated, upon delivery.

 

All gift boxes require signature on delivery, if someone over the age of 18 is unavailable to sign on delivery, your gift box will be returned to us, to arrange an alternative delivery time, where someone over the age of 18 is able to sign and accept delivery.
